Hi friends and family, I’m reaching out to fundraise in support of my amazing sister, Aerika Keith.

She just moved back to Portland to be closer to family and friends (YAY!!!!). She exhausted their savings for the move, and is now in need of some help. Her and her partner are both working but are just making ends meet right now.

Aerika had two molars removed some time ago, and is now starting to have complications. She needs two dental implants. Aerika is starting to have bone loss and time is of the essence so she doesn't lose so much bone that would require bone grafts. The molars cracked in half because of long covid sinusitis forcing her to breathe through her mouth at night for a period of time.

The rest of the dental work she needs is going to be done at OHSU's student dental clinic which is covered by her insurance (like the tooth next to the one that was pulled that started to decay because it was next to the broken tooth). Her insurance doesn't cover the implants.

Both implants together are going to be about $12K in total, but if that seems too big of an ask, the implant on the right side is the most pressing, and she can get just the implant alone without the crown for $2999.
