Help Support Adam and Ryan After Losing Home to Eaton Fire
Donation protected
On January 8th, 2025, our little bungalow, along with all of our possessions, was destroyed in the Eaton Fire that ravaged our beautiful community of Altadena.
We had evacuated the evening before, and thinking that the wind direction and fire were moving elsewhere, we grabbed enough clothes and toiletries for what we needed for the next 24-48 hours... and food and toys for Fiona (of course!). What we didn't realize is that a mere 24 hours later, our home and its contents would be gone.
Ryan and I have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of kindness and love we have received from our friends and family in this moment of horrible tragedy. Several folks have reached out to ask how they can help with financial support, and while asking for this kind of help makes me deeply uncomfortable, especially given the widespread suffering and losses that so many others have experienced, I must admit the financial strain of this moment is very difficult on us.
In the coming days and weeks, we will be attempting to rebuild our little life together, and if you feel that there's anything you can provide (no matter how small the amount), please know it would be a great help and that we would be eternally grateful for your generosity.
