Hello everyone. This GoFundMe is on behalf of my best friend Airyona to help pay for the treatment and aftercare of synovial sarcoma cancer. She is 21 years old from Bakersfield, California and recently received her diagnosis after a year of working to pay her bills despite the pain she was facing. Airyona is confronting this diagnosis with unwavering strength, courage, and a determination to overcome. However, it is now at the point where she is basically immobile. She is no longer able to work and pay her bills or even go places such as the grocery store. The doctors course of action to overcome this cancer is amputation of her foot. It is my hope that our collective support can allow Airyona to have access to specialized care, prosthetics, and rehabilitative services to navigate this new stage in her life.
