I’m writing this with a heavy heart to ask for help on behalf of a dear friend of mine, who is going through a heartbreaking chapter in her life. To respect her and her family, I am opting to keep this anonymous. I am happy to answer any questions directly, if needed.

My friend is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted, and quietly strong people I’ve ever known. She is a loving mom to two beautiful kids, a devoted wife, and a deeply passionate falconer (which is how we met—bonding over birds in a way that only fellow falconers can understand). She is the type of person who would never ask for help herself, even as the ground falls out from under her.

Right now, she’s facing something no one should ever have to face. Her husband has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. All funds will go directly to supporting her family—covering medical expenses, basic living costs, and hopefully giving her a little breathing room to be with her husband and children during this incredibly painful and fragile time.
