Help A Family of Six Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire
Donation protected
Hello Family and Friends,
On Tuesday, 4/15/2025, while my son was at the park volunteering by coaching his little league football team, my daughter-in-love was at work, and the grandbabies were at either football or track practice - an unthinkable event occurred: their home caught on fire, leaving them and their children homeless for the next six to eight months.
Even though this is life changing event, we are beyond grateful for God's grace that no one was home, and no lives were lost. Even Ghost (the family puppy), who was in the garage where the fire began, made it out safely.
Thankfully, the entire house did not burn down; however, the smoke and soot damage destroyed nearly everything they owned - furniture, clothes, household items, kids' toys and learning tools, food, appliances, and irreplaceable personal memorabilia.
Though they do have insurance, it is a basic policy and will not cover the full cost of rebuilding their lives. The Salvation Army generously provided an initial gift card, which helped cover a couple of nights at a hotel and some and some essential, but those funds have already been depleted.
Now, in this unexpected time of need, we are turning to you - our friends, family and community - for support.
Your donations will help with: Temporary housing and daily living expenses, replacing clothing, rebuilding their home and restoring normalcy in their children and filling the financial gap that insurance and emergency aid cannot cover.
Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a meaningful impact so, we thank you in advance for any and all prayers, support and financial assistance from the bottom of our hearts, we are truly grateful.
With Love and hope.
