Early Sunday morning, our lives changed in an instant. A fire broke out in our apartment building, and my family of six had to evacuate with no warning and no time to save anything. Within minutes, the home we built, the memories we created, and all of our belongings were gone. We are incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely, but the reality of losing everything, from clothing and personal items to important documents and necessities, has been overwhelming.

We are now displaced, staying in an emergency shelter or wherever we can, trying to navigate this sudden crisis while focusing on keeping our family together and safe. With no permanent home and no belongings to return to, we are facing the difficult task of starting from nothing. As we begin the long process of rebuilding our lives, we are humbly asking for help from our community, friends, and anyone willing to support us during this heartbreaking time.
