Help support 8yr old Jaxon with his brain tumor

Hello, my name is Samartha and I am the aunty to young 8 year old Jaxon. I have started this GoFundMe to help raise funds for my nephew, my brother and his partner during this very difficult and unexpected time.

Jaxon is only 8 years old and is usually a very happy, always on-the-go little boy who loves playing footy and spending time with his little siblings and family.

Jaxon was recently taken to the Toowoomba base hospital Saturday (08/07/23) evening by his parents as he was feeling unwell and had excruciating headaches, this is where the doctors discovered a mass in his brain which prompted the doctors to fly him and his mother to Brisbane Royal Children's Hospital immediately, where he is currently in ICU.

Jaxon has already had 2 major brain surgeries and is awaiting to go in for a much larger and longer surgery after the determination of the tumour.

This has come as a shock to everyone, especially his parents who are now faced with the uncertainty of what is going to happen to their little boy, the financial strain of travel and living expenses in Brisbane for the remainder of Jaxon's admission. Jaxon's mum is currently at his side in Brisbane while dad is at home in Toowoomba caring for his 4 siblings.

All funds raised will go towards the travel expenses for Dad to and from Brisbane as well as living expenses for Mum during her time down in Brisbane with Jaxon and all follow-up recovery and medical needs for Jaxon during and after his time in the hospital.
