Sometimes I get speechless as I try to explain to someone what has happened . Quite frankly, just writing this seems impossible; however, after receiving the outpouring of love and inquiries as to what is going on, and how people can help, we decided to set up a GoFundMe account.

As difficult as it is to say, on October 9th, 2021, our Ellie was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL). https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/acute-lymphocytic-leukemia/symptoms-causes/syc-20369077

She is only 6 years old; and the youngest of our 4 beautiful children. We were shocked and devastated by the news; although we immediately jumped into action to do whatever necessary to begin the mission to save our baby girl, we are still wrapping our heads around everything this now means.

Immediately after being diagnosed we were informed that the only viable treatment option was Chemotherapy; which she began on the 11th. We are also additionally ensuring she has a very intentional natural diet, even more than our normal daily lifestyle. We are specifically aiming to cleanse the blood and strengthen her immune system.

Our sweet girl has been such a warrior already, having been in the hospital since Oct 3rd and already facing procedures and treatments most, we pray, will never have to endure. She has been so strong and remains in good spirits; although understandably anxious to get back home!

This first month of her Chemotherapy is everything! WHEN all goes well, she will then begin the long road ahead with the full treatment plan that will be 2 1/2 years long. We are so thankful for all of the prayers and positive energy already being sent her way; please continue to send them in abundance!

Our mission is to support our sweet Ellie in her battle with Leukemia; whatever she needs, whatever it takes!

We are blessed to have so many people who wish to support us in this journey! It is truly humbling as the support so far has been overwhelming; From messages to calls to people putting their hand up offering help in any and every way; we thank you all for this!
