We are FTC Team 7477 Super 7, a passionate robotics team made up of ten students from Seminole County School District middle and high schools. This is our 12th season in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and our 15th year in FIRST. Over the years, our team members have gained invaluable experience in engineering, programming, teamwork, and outreach, and have supported many students in our community.

We are thrilled to have earned a spot at the 2025 FIRST Tech Challenge World Championship in Houston, Texas! We are one of the five teams that will represent the State of Florida at the Championship.

What is FTC?

FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge) is a thrilling robotics competition where teams design, build, and program robots to compete in a challenging game. Beyond the competition, teams engage in outreach, innovation, and STEM advocacy to inspire the next generation of engineers and problem-solvers. FTC is one of the programs of the FIRST organization, the World's Leading Youth-Serving Nonprofit Advancing STEM Education (https://www.firstinspires.org/)

Our Accomplishments

• 5-time World Championship qualifiers

• 2025 State's Inspire Award 3rd Place

• 2018 Inspire Award winner – the highest honor a team can receive in FTC

• Founded a robotics league in Libya and mentored teams in Israel, Vietnam, Kenya, and the U.S.

• Created "TECH TOOLBOX," an officially recognized programming guide with thousands of readers

• 50+ outreach events, inspiring thousands of students in STEM

• Partnerships with UCF, Dot Decimal, and other industry leaders

The Challenge Ahead

This season's game, FIRST INTO THE DEEP, challenges teams to navigate an ocean-themed field, collect and deposit game elements, and tackle bonus challenges like hanging on structures and interacting with specialized field components.

To compete at the World Championship, we need to raise $25,000 to cover travel, lodging, competition fees, and robot enhancements. As a community-based team, we rely on generous sponsors and supporters like you to help us reach our goal.
