Sunil Patel is not just my friend, but an inspiration to everyone who knows him. Thanks to the incredible support of Stacey and Kelly Elliot, the League Operators of the American Poolplayers Association of Tallahassee, Sunil has earned the opportunity to compete in the 2026 APA Wheelchair Championships in Las Vegas this April. This is a huge achievement and a dream come true for Sunil, who has dedicated countless hours to his passion for pool and has overcome many challenges along the way.

While the excitement is building, there are still some hurdles to overcome. Traveling to Las Vegas and staying there for the championship comes with significant expenses, especially for someone with accessibility needs. We are hoping to raise funds in advance to help cover Sunil’s lodging and travel costs, so he can focus on playing his best and representing our community with pride.
