Help Sundae Pup Get a Splenectomy

So this is really hard to write because Sundae, our beloved dog, needs surgery to remove a splenic mass (and with that, her spleen!) This dog has been an amazing companion to me (and later, Cole) and deserves care to get her through this. I have taken out loans to help pay for this, but it puts us in a more dire financial situation since moving across the country for a new job. I am hoping to offset some of the burden of these new loans with help from you to make sure we can pay for this surgery and not be without the ability to pay our other bills. Without the surgery, it's a situation of 'when' not 'if' the mass will rupture. She's an older gal, but she has a lot of life left once her spleen is out. The splenic mass is currently making her very tired and anemic so if the mass is non-cancerous, then it will be a curative surgery and make her feel a lot better!

We have a quote for the surgery at between $5,000 - $6,500 currently but we'll know more when we get her consultation on Sept. 1st. The funds will only be used for her surgery and any additional costs that might arise from it (i.e. more money because of blood transfusion, etc).
