Hi, I'm Summer Jo.

I founded the nonprofit Everyone Eats Foundation Inc  in 2016 with hopes to continue positive change and provide aid to those impacted by homelessness, hunger, unemployment, and lack of resources.
The vision stemmed from Summereatz-  my social impact event with a focus on fresh home cooked meals , engagement, and community service that I coined as the “Cookback” , a Summereatz experience.
The funds raised from each Summereatz directly benefited Everyone Eats Foundation that became a 501(c)(3) in 2017.  I found this to be a way to bridge the gap between social impact and community engagement.

As my brand grew, I wanted the name to sound less about me and more about WE; especially when the work I do is for the betterment of OUR community for generations. 
The ultimate goal has been to own and operate a full service restaurant and multi-purpose space. Over the years my life-long dream developed into a more solution driven and community oriented reality.

Welcome to Fillanthropy, a Plant to Plate to People method created to maintain a system for healthier more accessible food options and combatting food insecurity. This is a restaurant where you can Eat Good and Feel Good about it.
