Hi, my name is Summer, and I’m sharing something I never thought I would. I’ve had a benign tumor since I was four years old. Over the years, it has shrunk a few times on its own, but it never fully went away.

I’ve lived with it for most of my life, and while I’ve grown used to it, I’ve always wondered what it would feel like to finally see myself without it. Unfortunately, because the tumor is considered "cosmetic," my insurance won’t cover any part of the surgery. I wasn’t planning on starting a fundraiser, but some kind and generous strangers encouraged me to — and after a lot of thought, here I am. It’s hard to ask for help, but I’m hoping that with your support, I can finally move forward with this procedure.
