My name is Summer, and I am currently navigating the challenges of colon cancer and Crohn’s disease while pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse as a full-time student. Though my health has required me to step back from working, I continue to push forward with determination and heart. On the days when I feel well enough, I find healing and strength in movement—whether it’s running beneath open skies or cycling through new paths. These moments remind me of resilience, balance, and the importance of caring for both body and spirit as I continue this journey.

Unfortunately I have accumulated quite a bit of medical debt from my surgery (a partial colectomy back in March of 2025), many tests and cost of treatment. I want to just pay off my debt so I can have that stress lifted, but as I can’t work at the moment I’m hoping that those who can afford to help will be willing to send some love my way.
