Help Summer move houses

Hello, today on my birthday I got an eviction notice to leave the house I’ve lived in 7 years.

they sold the house last minute and didn’t tell me a word about it and now I have 30 days to move but I’m also awaiting surgery in a few days and I’m not sure how to maneuver something like this without help honestly. I don’t want to be homeless and I never saw me having to leave this house soon, she said rent to own and including what I done paid, therefor I would’ve almost OWNED my house. My heart is absolutely lost. Any support would mean the world to me. Thanks. This money will go towards first month, last and security deposit.
