Dear All,
Our friend Sumathi Madhanagopal’s(IRTT 2003 batch -ECE Dept) husband Santhosh Kumar Umapathy has lost the battle to COVID and passed away on Friday, May 14th,2021. He was a loving father to two children, aged 10 and 5.He was only 41 years old. The family did not see this coming. Santhosh was highly health conscious and loved fitness. He lived a vibrant, healthy, and impactful life.
We realize the loss is irreplaceable for his family - wife and kids.
Santosh was the sole financial supporter of not only his immediate family, but much of his extended family as well. With Santosh’s passing, the family has no income and could use some support to help them get back on their feet.
This is a very unfortunate situation for the family, and we would like to set up a fund in memory of Santosh to show our love and support for the family at these difficult times.
We request you to contribute, towards his family, in whatever means you can. Donations will be used for medical bills, and sustenance until the family becomes financially stable.
We appreciate your generosity in this cause and thank you from the bottom of our heart.
