Help Suleiman And His Family Evacuate Gaza

Hello, my name is Ximena and with the help of my friend Mano we are trying to fundraise money to help our friend, Suleiman.

Suleiman Ayad Abu Raida is a 17 year old Palestinian boy currently displaced in Bani Suheila, Khan Younis. Him and his family have been witness to and some, like his brother and father, were injured by bombings. He hasn't eaten in a week as of writing this description and can barely afford food due to inflation. He also recently contracted a liver disease putting him in great pain, and despite this, he has been trying his hardest to help other displaced and starving people. However, his life under brutal occupation has forced his family of 6 including himself into abject poverty. Like many Gazans, he is gravely terrified for his family and community, and requires the support of outsiders in order to live and sustain himself. By donating, you can give him a chance at life.

WHERE WILL THE FUNDS GO?

Currently we are trying to raise money for basic essentials and to evacuate him and his family to Egypt when the border opens. The first goal is $25,000 USD, which covers Suleiman's evacuation and basic necessities such as food and water. The second goal, $45,000 USD will also cover basic necessities for both Suleiman and his family, and the third goal $70,000 USD which will cover the mandatory border fees for all of the other 5 members of his family (which is $5,000 per family member).

NOTES

Suleiman is now planning to evacuate to Egypt through the border crossing, and then possibly the US when all his family is able to leave. He needs an additional goal of $5,000 to evacuate himself and the other $20,000 will go towards trying to sustain him while in Egypt and help his family in Gaza get essentials like food and water.
