I never imagined I’d be asking for help like this, but I’m doing it because our family is facing something we can’t manage alone.

Our beautiful dog Sukie has been diagnosed with a hernia that requires urgent surgery. Without treatment, it can become extremely painful and potentially life-threatening. The surgery itself is very treatable, but the cost is more than I can afford.

I’m a single mum to two young children, and Sukie is so much more than a pet, she is their best friend, their comfort, and a constant source of love and stability in our home. She’s there for cuddles, laughter, and the hard days, and watching her in pain has been heartbreaking for all of us.

Due to ongoing financial strain and current personal circumstances, I simply cannot cover the cost of Sukie’s surgery on my own, despite trying every option available. Asking for help is incredibly hard, but I’m doing it because she depends on me, and me and my children love her more than anything.

I’m asking for help to:

• Cover Sukie’s hernia surgery

• Pay for vet visits, medication, and recovery care

• Give her the chance to live a healthy, pain-free life with our family
