Hi friends and family!!
Our good friend Sue Ventura has been having a difficult time recently. She has been unemployed for several months due to COVID, and now her unemployment benefits have been suspended due to possible identity fraud. She has provided all of the documentation to the EDD but there is no resolution in sight.  If you know anything about California and the EDD, you know what a horrible mess that system is. In spite of all of her efforts, she has had zero income since December.

During all of this, she found out that she had to have 2 major surgeries. She had the first surgery in January, which left her pretty wiped out. Now she has to get ready for the next one, happening in a few weeks. With zero income, medicals bills will be a problem, and also general expenses:  food, gas, etc. for several months to come.

This next surgery is going to be a particularly rough one... So, please, let's get together for this great lady and help her through this!  Any amount of help you can give will make a huge difference.   Thanks everyone!
