Save The Feral Cats!

My name is DC. My wife and I have been feeding a group of 15 adults and 8 newly born kittens who have been living in and around the grounds of our place of worship for more than 1 1/2 years. We feed them every other day, and we have gradually increased the amount of food needed because they have been multiplying every seasonal cycle. We are using more than 20 lbs of dry cat food every 2 days!

No one else has volunteered to help, and some people wish that we would stop feeding them in hopes that the cats will leave.

My wife and I are cat lovers, and we feel that it is a human responsibility to care for animals in need.

Wintertime is approching and these cats will have a difficult time in the cold and rain. We plan to build several outside "Cat houses", to be available to the families of cats to help shelter them from the weather.

A portion of the donated funds will be used to build the Cat Houses.

We are retired, and it has become a financial burden for us to purchase the amount of food needed to keep the large family of cats fed.

We are reaching out to the community at large for funds to be exclusively used to purchase cat food for these abandoned cats, and to provide shelter for them.
