Hi, my name is Alice Finnie and I’m a full-time university student studying film photography and media. I’ve recently completed a short film titled Three, which I wrote, shot, and edited with friends as part of my creative practice.

Three is a short narrative film that explores childhood, friendship and growing up. It represents a significant step forward in my development as a filmmaker. After months of work, the film is now finished and ready to be shared with wider audiences.

I’m hoping to submit Three to film festivals in the UK and internationally. Film festivals are an important platform for emerging filmmakers as they provide opportunities for public screenings, industry feedback, networking, and potential future work. Unfortunately, submission fees can quickly add up, especially as a student.

All funds raised will go directly towards festival submission fees, allowing Three to be submitted to a carefully selected list of festivals that support student and early-career filmmakers.

As a full-time student, covering these costs independently is difficult, and any support, whether through donating or sharing this page, would make a genuine difference!
