Help Students make a short film

Hey everyone, my name is Sam Salimi,

I’m a student at Trebas Institute for Filmmaking and also the Unit Production Manager for a Short Film we are making named “Rot In Peace”.

The story was written by India Lagendyk a former, now graduated, Trebas student , and will be directed by my classmate Olivia Lepore and Produced by our program coordinator and teacher Ioannis Kourtoubis.

It’s the story of two estranged sisters, Josie and Marianne, who are forced into reuniting after the death of their father. The sisters, who have not seen each other in over a decade clash over the very different and conflicting memories that they have of their dad. Now Josie, Marianne’s younger sister must face the reality of her family’s dark and twisted past.

The film will go into production as of February 5th.

Originally our goal was 1200$ but we’ve now made all the correct calculations and we’re most likely going to need another 1300$. Our Goal is now 2500$. However, we came prepared and are ready to offer a couple gifts depending on the donation:

• Any donation: Get a Special Thanks in the end credits of The Film
  

• 50$: Special Thanks + Copy of the movie + copy of the “Making Of” Documentary
  

• 100$: All of the above + Film T-Shirt + Poster of the movie signed by the crew

• 150$: All of the above + 30 minute zoom call with our creative team
