Support teachers and kids from Bilal School 2023

Assalam Wa’alaykum. We are a family from Canada, who with the help of the community; annually fundraise for Bilal school. The school is located in Kombolcha, in the Oromia Region.

Many of the children are orphans and come to school to feel a sense of belonging. The teachers also all have low income and need help financially to support their families when they go home. They solely rely on donation money for payment.

Just last year a few of us were able to visit and see the condition of the school. Many things still need to be done to improve the environment and provide better quality education.

Every year they provide us with the school budget. This year's budget is approximately $2500. This will help cover teacher and principal salaries, classroom repairs, classroom supplies (chalk, markers, pencil, pens, notebook, erasers) student desks and seatings, storage supplies and more.

Please donate to Bilal School this Ramadan. The school functions solely from donations and needs your help.

Help us this Ramadan to provide better education and space for the children and relieve them from any financial struggles.
