Hello!
My name is Rich, and my baby boy (4 1/2 years old), Stu, has been sick for the past couple of weeks. He’s shown some signs of getting better but has now started to regress.
I have exhausted all of my resources trying to get him back to normal.
He got an ultrasound today, which confirmed he has a partial obstruction in his small intestine, with emergency surgery being the only recommended solution.
I got quoted at Wilson's Veterinary Hospital for $3,900 with a 3-4 day inpatient stay.
After spending $1,600 on diagnosing him, I absolutely cannot swing this bill at this time.
I do not qualify for CareCredit, either.
I am kicking myself for not getting him insurance. I feel so guilty about it.
At this point, it's the operation or nothing.
I need to get him to surgery ASAP because he is back on a decline.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I absolutely cannot lose my boy. I've had him since his mother popped him out. The last thing I can do is let him go. I just want him back to how he was and seeing him like this breaks my heart.
