Help Struggling Miller Family

Hi. My name is Paula and I'm raising money for my dear friend Sandi Miller and her family.

What a gal! I mean, you talk about always being positive and finding the good in everyone, that is Sandi! Helping others, being involved in her church and the Autism Community, and many other groups that are dear to her heart. Her personality is that of a funny, quirky gal that always finds a way to put a smile on your face! Sandi loves crafts, crocheting and pulling pranks at every opportunity! Well, Sandi and her family need our help. Their entire family was hit with Covid. Sandi was hit very hard because she is compromised due to Asthma and Diabetes. She was doing ok and then the breathing difficulties began. That led to being hospitalized in ICU and then additional days in the hospital. Sandi was released and got to go home on oxygen! It was short lived as Sandi has now developed Bacterial Pneumonia and is fighting extremely hard to get better. She has been on sedation medication and intubated. They removed her from the paralytics, but she is too weak to remove from the respirator yet as she isn’t able to breath on her own. During testing the doctors also found a mass on Sandi’s thyroid which will need to be dealt with in the future.

Sandi has always been there for others and now we need to be there for her and her family in any way possible. She has been working as a Project Manager for a contracting firm which means she does not get paid if she does not work. She has already been unable to work for over a month and a half. Jason has been unemployed due to a work injury, so hers is currently the only family income and important to her family’s survival. Please consider helping the Miller’s out with a financial donation to lessen the worries that a financial hit can have on any family. There is no amount too small.
