Help Stop The Deportation Of The Jimenez Family

Hello Friends, family and anyone who will listen. My name is Nicholas Landim and I have started this go fund me because my friend Mariana Jimenez is going through something the majority of us would never even have to think twice about.
I know this last year has been extremely hard on every family . I know many can not afford to contribute but just know that even sharing this link is so very helpful. So if thats what you can do then I please ask you do so ❤.
Mariana had arrived in Canada in July 2012. Where she has been a contributing member of society. She has been living in London Ontario through her immigration process. In October 2019 she had become a Canadian citizen . What an amazing feeling! Something we all take forgranted.
In March 2018 her family had arrived here under refugee status. This incredibly beautiful and amazing family consitst of (Willington Jimenez) a loving and caring father who would give the shirt off his back to a complete stranger. (Erika Martinez) not only A beautiful person but an amazing soul that lights up a room. (Nikolas Jimenez) passionate, young and caring kid who has the drive to succeed in this fast faced environment we all call home .
After arriving here they were then denied refugee status in February 2020. However because they had been working here since arrival their lawyer had decided they should apply for humanitarian and compassion. Unfortunately this is such a long drawn out process and luckily they have been able to work and contribute through out all of it. Today April 22nd they received a final decision stating they are to report to the airport on April 29th where their only chance is to convince an immigration officer they're able to apply for (PRRA).
For those of you who do not know what (PRRA) is. PRE-REMOVAL Risk Assesment. Basically that means someone who hasn't lived their lives is making a decision on what's best for them. Sounds absolutley ridiculous right!?!?
Willington has been employed full time since May 2019 at Toyota Boshoku in Woodstock Ontario. I as many others who are employed there can attest to his incredibly strong work ethic, his willingness to always achieve the best and his great personality. Erika has been employed with several cleaning agencies.
Nikolas (14) has been attending Holy Rosary Catholic School. He has been thriving in a compassionate, equal and safe learning environment.
As the world is falling apart I ask for your generosity. As we know here in Canada is a 1st world country and we are struggling throughout this GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Deportaion back to Colombia isn't just that. It's asking a family to leave what they've built here and go back to a country where their is no safety, housing and no jobs available. They had given up everything! Friends, connections. Their family home for a chance at a better life. In such a short time here in Canada they've been able to achieve what many Colombians can't and that's a sense of security, pride and things we take forgranted like food on the table!
Everything raised through this go fund me will Go towards all legal fees and everything possible to stop this chain of events. So I ask you one last time. Please share! please contribute and or please talk about this! This is inhumane! This is certainly not the only family going through something as devastating as this. We need to do better as a country.
