Ohio workers unite

For no reason an employer in Ohio switched to direct observation drug testing. They watch as you urinate and it is legal, because we are an at will work state.  You have the right to quit your job. For me a 21year employee with health problems it was not something I could do. My case made it to the supreme court. I now need to appeal the 4 to 3 vote and sway one judge to understand the outcome of this case will have dire effects on our Ohio workers. 14 is the legal working age in Ohio. These children can be subjected to this invasive testing if the ruling stands. Your employer can ask you to strip naked and take a drug test. The monitor  can legally help you spread your legs to view urine pass from your body. And all we now have a right to do is quit our jobs.  Thats not all. Your employer can do whatever it feels like unless it breaks the normal laws gender race age etc. Even ask for your tax papers. Please help me stop this absurd behavior from happening. We elected these judges to watch out for us... They are not doing their jobs. My attorney has to be paid up front. After the thousands already spent I need your help to appeal. Please protect our right to work with our dignity in hand. At Will Ohio employees ages 14-100 years old lost a battle today but not the war YET. I need your help badly. Therefore, your 14 yr old son or daughter or 80 yr old grandmother can be subjected to having their genitals viewed while urinating for a direct observation drug test.
