Governor Polis is trying to force state employees to turn over information on sponsors of immigrant children to ICE. A lawsuit has been filed by Scott Moss, the Director of Division of Labor Standards and Statistics, the Colorado AFL-CIO, Towards Justice, and COWINS to stop this illegal coordination.

We are raising funds to support out-of-pocket legal costs associated with the lawsuit. The attorney is representing the three plaintiffs without compensation, but anything raised above our goal will go to her.
