My name is Clive and I'm fundraising today on behalf of a good friend of mine and her children, who are now facing eviction. If she can make a substantial payment by the 11th of October, there's a chance she can keep her apartment and not become homeless. She wishes to remain anonymous, as she's a deeply private person and doesn't want anyone to look down on her.

All of her efforts in the last year have gone into a job training program that did not end up employing her. As you could imagine, this is devastating for her, as she's done exactly what she was supposed to do in order to be out of this position, while raising young children, and dedicating all of her free time to taking care of multiple aging, infirm family members.
