This fundraiser is for some very dear friends of mine who are in desperate need of legal help to stop deportation efforts by the current aggressive anti-immigrant Trump administration. They have tried to get free legal support by contacting NYC officials and organizations but they are either unresponsive or cannot help fast enough. This leaves them no other choice but to hire legal representation that they frankly cannot afford.

So dear community, can you help?

ANY amount will be meaningful to them. They just welcomed their first child on April of this year. Please donate any amount so they can do everything in their power to fight for their son to be able to grow up with both of his parents here in the US. They are the most loving, hardworking and caring couple. They have shared their lives for the past five years and were looking forward to spending their rest of their lives together bringing up their son. NYC has been their home for 35+ years and it should remain that way.
