Oh Hi there! My name is Jess and I am opening my very first business. I have been passionate about fitness for most of my life. My passion started in group fitness classes at a large gym as a teen. As an adult I used crossfit as a way to overcome the struggles of post pardum depression. I have since become a spin instructor and the fire that was lit in group fitness has been reignited! At 36 years old I want to show my girls that it's never to late to follow your passions and open your own business!
