Help Steven Wood (President of SNS and CEL)

Sports nutrition enthusiasts, animal lovers, and fans of good people, Steven Wood (pictured above with the dog he returned home just before the accident), President of Serious Nutrition Solutions (SNS) and Competitive Edge Labs (CEL), was in a very traumatic accident on February 26th, 2022, when he was hit by an SUV while crossing the street in front of his office building. Steve is a big animal lover and had helped catch a dog that had gotten loose in the neighborhood and had just walked it home to the owner's house down the road across the street from his office. As a group of them crossed the street on their way back, Steve was hit full speed by an SUV.

Steve was airlifted to a level 1 trauma center and underwent a 5-hour emergency surgery to save his life and leg. The accident broke his right shoulder and right leg in 3 places - right above his ankle and right below his knee, and then his tibia broke in half and came out of his leg through the calf muscle.

He was in the hospital from Feb. 26th to March 8th. He will be in a wheelchair for at least 8 to 12 weeks and is entirely non-weight bearing on his right side which means that he cannot put any weight on his right side, so he cannot even stand and walk with a walker or crutches. His recovery will be an arduous and lengthy process, and he will have to go through intensive therapy to learn how to walk again.

Steve already has some health issues, including an autoimmune condition and food allergies that make his eating and life difficult and

cost him a lot of money each month. This accident has been devastating for him financially.

Steve is a person who always tries to help people. We are starting this GoFundMe to help raise money for Steve's medical expenses and help him with other bills during this difficult time in his life. In this way, we are attempting to support a man who has devoted his life to helping others better themselves through proper nutrition supplementation and always makes time to help those in need.
