Help Steven with his cyctic fibrosis treatment

Hi, my name is Marleine Ishac ,I am fundraising for Steven Fares , he was born with Cystic Fibrosis disease , this disease affects the lungs and the digestive system as well as many other organ systems. It causes thick , sticky mucus to build up in the lungs, which leads to life-threatening lung infections.

Steven is 18 years old now , he made it to this age with the support of his amazing parents and because he loves life and he refused to give up , although the doctors told them he might not make it to 6 or 7 years .

Recently , he's been in and out the hospital for the last 2 months because of severe infection , he needs an urgent procedure and a monthly treatment for 12 months from negative sputum culture , this test supposed to be done after 6 month of the procedure , that’s a total of 18 months . 

The hospital bill is 50 million L.L. ( $2380 approx) , then the procedure cost is : $430. 

Treatment for 18 months with the Tygacil : $1080* 18 =$19440. 

This is a total of $22250, plus an extra stay of one week in the hospital . 

He lives in Lebanon , and the economy is really bad now , with the currency loosing more than 90% of its value and where more than 60% of the population are now below the poverty line .

He is in a great need for the money to survive . his condition is life-threatening and if he doesnt get the help he will not make it.

His parents are my friends and this fund will help them pay for the surgery and for the monthly treatments.
