Hello, my name is Joe Reed and on behalf of the whole Reed family, We are trying to raise some money to help my dad Steven Reed through this really difficult time. He was diagnosed with stage 2 Bladder cancer in June and is going on his 4th round of heavy chemotherapy. To say it’s taking a toll on him physically and financially would be an understatement. He’s been out of work for all this time and things are getting really tight. Steven has driven cement trucks and worked in concrete for the past 40 years from California and now in Mississippi. He is the father of 4 “Reed Boys” and the grandfather of 10 grandkids. Steven is also a member of ECV Sam Brannan chapter #1004 for over 30+ years. He’s worked his tail off all his life to provide for all of us. He’s a man’s man, Never complained, just busted his butt and got it done. He doesn’t like asking for help and it’s not easy for him to have this fund set up but he understands that he’s at a point where he HAS to accept help. I don’t ask for much but if you can please donate anything to help get his bills and treatments paid we would appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. This man has done so much for his family and is looking forward to retirement in a couple years, the last thing he deserves is to stress and struggle and worry about money while he’s trying to battle cancer.
