Help Steven recover from armed robbery

During the early morning hours on Saturday, November 26, our dear friend Steven was abducted and robbed at gunpoint by his Uber driver in Baltimore City. He was leaving a friend's house to go home after a fun Friday night out & ordered an Uber around 1 am. When the Uber arrived, he checked the tags & confirmed it was his ride. As he opened the door, someone stepped behind him with a gun, demanded his money and phone, struck him on the forehead with the handgun, and forced him into the back of the car. There was a driver, a passenger, and now a man wielding a weapon in the vehicle, tormenting Steven. All three were in on this. They began to drive him around the city for approximately 45 minutes, disorienting him, demanding money & calling him slurs. They began to text several of his contacts, demanding money from them.

When they arrived at an ATM, the man wielding a weapon showed him a fully loaded magazine and said he would kill him if he screamed for help as the driver and passenger tried to withdraw money. They also tried to CashApp themselves some money. They were eventually successful in wiping his entire savings and checking account. After robbing him of all his money, phone, and house and car keys, they drove him around again, tormenting him, before driving deep into a park. He thought they would kill him, but they threw him out of the car in the middle of a wooded area.

He ran to a nearby gas station and used a cashier's phone to call 911. Steven was able to escape with his life, and a police officer was able to drop him at his house around 4 am. We are working on disputing these transactions with his bank, but at this time, both his checking and saving are wiped clean.
