Help Steven go to the International Geography Championships

I am not good at asking for help, but I am a single mom hoping to provide the best experiences for my son. So, I am asking for your help to get Steven to Vienna, Austria for the International Geography Championships in July 2024. (Read more below photo.)

Steven has long been interested in geography and, more recently, in history. He regularly teaches me about places across the globe and events in history from his own personal and continuous studying.

In March, I learned about the International Academic Competitions and Steven took the free online qualifiers. Well...he qualified for regionals. On Saturday, April 13, Steven competed in the St. Louis Regional History Bee and Geography Bee. He won 2nd place for both, and qualifies for National and International competitions.

The international competition is in Vienna, Austria. I am hoping to raise enough to cover entry fees ($1875 for him+$450 for me), two side trips to Budapest and Bratislava ($470), our flight (~$2500-3000), our hotel room (~$1100), and our meals (~$1000-$1200).

We would be forever grateful if you could help us reach our goal of raising $7500 for this educational opportunity. I am hoping that this trip inspires Steven in his understanding of the world and his place within it.
