Hello my name is Steve!

I am a stroke survivor, UCF fan, a husband and father of five fur babies. I am currently on disability and unable to work due to my stroke recovery. I’m on year five, and I suffer blindness and cognitive delay. My wife who is writing this for me, fully supports myself and our household. I am currently struggling with anemia and am in need of hemorrhoidectomy. I am close to needing a blood transfusion. There is an emergency surgery needed for me to reverse my anemia that is planned for me on June 10th. While my insurance plans to cover 80 percent of the cost, my wife and I are handling the remainder around 4200 total. At the time of my surgery, only 1054.31 is due as a deposit before applying for a payment plan. My wife plans to apply for financial assistance for the remainder, and it will takes weeks to get that approved after the claim is made. Today I am asking friends, family and kind strangers to help lift this burden off my wife’s shoulders by assisting us with the deposit payment. We know everyone is struggling and we know not all of you can give or help us with much, we understand that. Please help us achieve some of this goal to lighten the load on my wife.
