Help Steve Brownlee So He Can Walk and Work Again

Hello, I am Chad Carrier, President and Owner of Lord Cash Pockets Records. My long-time friend Steve Brownlee needs help and I am asking friends, strangers and especially the music community to assist him in getting much-needed surgeries so he can get back to work.

Steve has developed severe osteoarthritis in both hips and needs them both replaced ASAP. He can only walk with assistance now and not very far. He also needs repair to one of his knees and surgery for an umbilical hernia. On top of all that, he needs some major dental repair work done. He has had to put off surgeries for a few years due to the Covid epidemic, taking care of his mom and lack of funds. He has some insurance, but he is responsible for several large co-payments before they will do the work on him.

He has been unable to work for a few years due to his physical condition. Currently, he has no income. He's applied for disability, but it could be several months or more to even know if he gets approved. To survive, he's pretty much sold everything he owns, including all of his furniture, electronics and extensive music collection. He's down to next to nothing.

He wants to get back to work so badly. Steve has spent over 40 years in the music industry and has helped so many artists over the years, both internationally acclaimed and independent artists. I am hoping the music community will collectively give a bit back to a guy that's given so much of himself to our causes. Steve was a single dad of two. In Los Angeles, that's almost an impossible task to do on a single income. So while he has always made a respectable income, he wasn't able to “save for a rainy day.” So please help my buddy so he can get the surgeries he needs, get follow-up physical therapy and take care of some basic living expenses and be productive again. He's worth the investment.
