Monday March 27, my room mate Steve came home from work, and his car was gone from where he parked at the light rail. He came home by bus and found the house ransacked - passports, computers, TVs, bedding. We have no house insurance. Steve called the police, and has a case number. The police found his car March 28, but Speedy Towing took 30% of his income from his new job, and could not find his car on its lots for 3 days. You see the picture - the crooks took the hood, both doors, and the back windshield.  Our car insurance is unlikely to cover this.  Combined, we both have about $700 total. Honda can fix the car, but has to be paid.  To replace what was lost is not possible on our incomes. We are both new at our jobs, and times are tough.   Please help.
