Steve English has been a pillar of the Oahu community for over 40 years. During the past 5 years, Steve has been working hard to grow fresh produce and support his neighbors. The garden has been a source of nourishment and connection, offering turmeric, onions, citrus and tomatoes to more locals. 

Recently, English Gardens suffered devastating damage during the Kona storms. Severe flooding destroyed the water line, brought concrete, sand, and debris onto the property, destroying the crops, structures, and essential equipment, including the water line. The aftermath has left the garden in ruins threatening Steve’s ability to continue his work and serve the community he loves.
