Help Steve in a fight for his life...

Story

Hi, my name is Ryan, and I need your help to save my best friend. My oldest friend, Steve Barnett, 46, was diagnosed last year with highly advanced stage 3 Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), an immune-mediated auto-inflammatory disease for which there is no cure. Unfortunately, this diagnosis has come very late and, as it turns out, has been slowly progressing over the last 35 years. Being undiagnosed for so long has led to the development of several other health problems, including Crohn's, diabetes, and widespread systemic damage to his skin, joints, and internal organs. Having been through 16 courses of antibiotics in the past year, he has become highly resistant to them. To make matters worse, he is now showing early signs of renal failure.
