So I am raising this money for my brother and his best friend Steve. Steven is a Great Dane and my brothers best friend. Recently Steve became very lethargic so he was taken into a emergency veterinary clinic where they found that his stomach flipped. He was rushed into emergency surgery to save his life.

During the surgery the veterinarian was able to flip his stomach back right and stitch it into place but had to remove his Spleen which caused further complications. Steve pulled through the operation, but now is battling for his life as his stomach muscles are not working properly and he keeps bloating up and having to have his stomach pumped which costs roughly $100.00 each time its pumped.
He has been put on medication to help restart his stomach muscles the medication had been give to him intermittently as the cost for more is to great. The medication that he has been receiving is called metoclopramide which has been added to his IV and each IV bag has a cost of $420.00, and he receives roughly four IV bags a day.  

As well to top it all off he has developed a irregular heartbeat which he can not control without medication.(lidocaine has been keeping his heart rate controlled without it he will die)

Steve is under 24hr emergency care and my brother has spent everything he can. Every 12 hours has been costing $1000. Steve needs all the help he can get over the next week my brother has already spent well over 10k and they are looking at Steve being in the hospital for another 5-7 days.

My brother Mike has taken off work as he works away from home to be with Steve.  Steve is wanting to fight and live so bad he is not giving up. So I am asking that if anyone can help it would be so greatly appreciated. Anyone who has a best friend knows the depths of love they bring to you.
