Hello, my name is Steve Diaz, and I am reaching out because I am in urgent need of legal help. I am currently facing a difficult situation that I can't handle on my own. To protect myself and fight for my children, I need to hire an attorney, but the upfront costs are very expensive. I have not seen my kids, Steve Jr. & Sonia, since my birthday on July 11th, 2025.

They have lived with me their entire lives; however, on July 15th, their mother decided not to return them to me. I am not here to talk negatively as she is their mother. However, for those who know me, you know how much I love my children with all of my heart and that I love being a dad, so I will not allow them to be taken from me completely.

This has been the most stressful and heartbreaking thing I have experienced in my life. Asking for help is not easy for me. But I believe that with the kindness and generosity of friends, family, and even strangers who care, I can get the help I need to stand up for myself and my kids.

The initial amount I need is around $6,000 to secure proper legal representation and begin this process. Without this support, I will be at the risk of not being able to defend myself, and I could lose custody of them completely.
