My sister, brother-in-law Cheri, and Steve Gacke were among the hundreds who lost their homes in the flash flooding in my hometown of Rock Valley, Iowa.

On Friday night, June 21, 2024, Steve & Cheri were forced to evacuate in the middle of the night with only the clothes on their backs. It was a total loss when they were able to return to their house.

During this challenging time, we are initiating a fundraising effort to support Cheri and Steve as they face the daunting task of rebuilding their lives. Any contribution, no matter the size, will be immensely helpful and deeply appreciated as they navigate this difficult journey.

Please consider donating to help Cheri and Steve restore their home and lives. Your support means the world to us during this time of need.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Warm regards,

Jeff Keizer
