Help Steve Care for Dallas Alice's Vet Needs

My friend Steve, a MHS graduate, lives in West Virginia with his dog Henry. They both noticed a little black dog who was hanging around his house recently. She was obviously a stray, probably dumped - and very scared. She needed help.

He put out food and water for her and she warmed up to them both. Eventually she was given a name - Dallas Alice - and she was sleeping in the house, so happy to be loved and to have a home. She needs to be fixed and have her shots and examined by a vet but Steve hadn’t planned for this expense. He needs help with the vet bills.
