My brother, Steve, and his wife, Summer, have been displaced since Wednesday due to the Park Fire in Butte County. They found out that the fire did tear through their little town of Cohasset, but miraculously their house survived! We are all very grateful.

Steve and Summer have two small children, 2 and 3. They have had to buy toys and clothes for their children during displacement, not having much time to pack beforehand. They have stayed at a hotel the last 2 days and will continue to. They have had to eat out because the hotel is not set up with a kitchenette. Not even a microwave. They have also had to miss some work. They will likely be displaced a month or more due to PG&E having to go in and re-wire all the electric.

I am setting this up for them to hopefully get a little help for them in this stressful time. Any reduction in stress in this situation is super helpful. I have been through this myself, and it is very difficult.
