Help Steve and Peggy Through Tough Times

My name is Kevin Martinez, and I am the General Manager for Jim 'N Nick's BBQ in North Charleston. We are setting up a GoFundMe for Steve Carlson. Steve has been with Jim 'N Nick's for 14 years as our Pitmaster and our Hourly Manager. Both he and his wife work at the North Charleston location.

Steve went in for a simple procedure on his leg on 9/26. He was out for three days and came back to work that Monday. Two days later, he could not walk and had to have another procedure done on Tuesday. While recovering at home, he had a mild heart attack and was rushed to the hospital. They are going to insert a defibrillator this week, and we are not sure when he will be returning to work. With Peggy having to be by his side, they have no income coming in and medical bills are adding up. We are reaching out to all friends and family to help if they can. Steve and Peggy are very humble, always there to help others, and it is our turn to help them.
