Help Steve and Heather in Their Time of Need

My name is Jacque Palu and I am starting this for my parents to help with future expenses. My dad, Steve, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and diabetes in the fall of 2022. He had a tumor on his pancreas that was right up against an artery. After 6 months of chemotherapy, the tumor had shrunk enough that they were able to successfully remove it in April of 2023. Unfortunately, by August of 2023, his tumor markers started to rise again, and by January of this year, he had started chemotherapy again. He made the difficult decision in October to stop all treatment due to it no longer being effective towards the cancer. He is currently at home on home hospice with our mom, Heather, by his side. We are hoping with this to take some financial stress off my parents so they can spend what time he has left together.
