Help a Father Rebuild After Hurricane Melissa

Hi everyone,

My name is Jasmine, and I'm raising funds on behalf of my oldest children’s father, Stevan Clarke, who recently lost his home and livelihood because of Hurricane Melissa.

The storm tore through his community of Waterworks, Westmoreland with unimaginable force, leaving behind wreckage, flooding, and heartbreak. His home was completely destroyed. Along with his home, he also lost the tools and materials he relied on for his income as a mason and taxi driver in the local tourism industry, which has now been brought to a halt by the hurricane’s aftermath.

Despite our history it breaks my heart to see the situation the storm has put him and the country I live in. He’s been staying strong, but the road ahead is long and uncertain.

The funds raised will go directly toward helping him rebuild his home, replace essential belongings, and support him while the local economy recovers. Every dollar will make a difference—whether it helps put a roof over his head, buy food and supplies, or give him the stability to start earning again.
