Hello, my name is Tina, and I’m reaching out on behalf of a cherished family friend, Lesley Costantino, whose husband, Stephen, is courageously facing the most difficult chapter of his life.

Three years ago, at just 48 years old, Stephen was diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma—the most aggressive form of skin cancer. Since then, he has endured countless treatments: targeted therapies, clinical trials, surgeries, and most recently, a grueling round of TIL (Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocyte) therapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City. Even as his options dwindled, Stephen remained hopeful, planning one last effort at MD Anderson in Texas. But his condition worsened, and instead of making the journey, he was hospitalized locally—where he's remained for the past three weeks.

Tragically, Stephen has now received the heartbreaking news that no further treatments are available. The cancer has spread to his liver, kidneys, lungs, and brain. He is currently in hospice care.

Stephen has spent over 25 years healing others as a licensed physical therapist. He is a man of deep Catholic faith, a loving husband and father, and a rock for those who know him. Throughout his life, Stephen has been the first to offer support and comfort to others. Now, it’s our turn to offer that love back.

Stephen was the primary provider for his family but has been unable to work for several months. Without life insurance, his wife Lesley is now left with an unimaginable emotional and financial load—caring for their young daughter, being by Stephen’s side, and facing the mounting pressure of medical bills and funeral expenses.
